Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial activities of our store. The role involves handling daily accounting operations, reconciliations, e-commerce payment settlements, and providing management with accurate financial reports to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions.</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations, payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Credit/Debit Card), and COD settlements with courier companies.</li><li>Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Track accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely collections &amp; vendor payments.</li><li>Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail/e-commerce).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (ERP).</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).</li><li>Understanding of e-commerce financial flows (payment gateways, COD, refunds, etc.).</li><li>Good communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with pharmacy/healthcare business accounting.</li><li>Knowledge of Shopify/ERP integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory and supply chain finance.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market-competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Growth opportunities.</li><li>Friendly work environment.</li></ul>Send your CV: 03186335188 (Whatsapp) Location: Bahria Town, LahoreJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
