About AziMD SkincareAziMD Skincare, a luxury physician-developed skincare brand, is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the world of content creation and has proven expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, and video editing for digital platforms.As part of our growing brand, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in developing engaging content, optimizing ad campaigns, and managing our video presence across platforms&mdash;especially YouTube. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to bring the AziMD Skincare brand vision to life while driving measurable growth.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop, execute, and optimize social media marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook.</li><li>Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads), including tracking performance and reporting ROI.</li><li>Film, edit, and publish high-quality video content for YouTube, including tutorials, product features, and lifestyle storytelling.</li><li>Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks) aligned with brand voice and strategy.</li><li>Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and posting with attention to consistency and brand guidelines.</li><li>Track performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.</li><li>Stay ahead of social media and digital marketing trends to keep AziMD Skincare at the forefront of the beauty space.</li><li>Support overall brand voice and creative campaigns</li><li>Partner with our E-Com Manager and Email Marketing Manager to support campaign rollouts and branded content</li><li>Help brainstorm ideas and provide support with YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and UGC content creation</li><li>Other miscellaneous job duties</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and/or content creation.</li><li>Proven success in managing paid social ad campaigns.</li><li>Strong video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar); experience editing long- and short-form content.</li><li>Understanding of YouTube SEO and growth strategies.</li><li>Creative mindset with a sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and luxury branding.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness industries is a plus.</li><li>BONUS: Experience with audio engineering (podcasts, voiceovers, or audio editing).</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>On-site availability at our San Diego office (this is not a remote or hybrid role)</li><li>Experience must be supported by at least two project references (include with resume to info@azimdskincare.com)</li></ul>Why Join AziMD Skincare<ul><li>Creative, collaborative, and innovative work environment.</li><li>Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Be a core part of a fast-growing, science-based skincare brand</li><li>Work closely with a creative and passionate leadership team</li><li>Access to high-quality skincare products and educational insights</li><li>A hands-on role where your work will directly shape brand growth and community presence</li></ul>Location: La Jolla, CA (On-Site Only)Salary Range: $22.00-28.00/hr (DOE)Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>La Jolla, CA 92037 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
