As the Senior Environments Designer supporting large creative opportunities, you'll drive the creative process for new builds and exhibit projects, as well as lead program maintenance. Additionally, the Senior Environments Designer will be accountable for delivering creative solutions that meet clients' objectives within their given budget, while collaborating with the assigned project team. Senior Environments Designer Responsibilities<ul><li>
Execute creative and visualization on projects supporting the agreed upon win strategy and as directed. In some cases, may assist in developing the seed idea. Solutions should uniquely and purposefully meet and exceed client expectations and objectives within budget parameters both for the project and for ongoing cost of ownership.</li><li>
Creative work will typically have a heavy dose of account design (existing clients) as well as new business assignments where appropriate.</li><li>
Typically will work on higher budget projects and sometimes may direct other designers.</li><li>
Complete concept ideation efforts independently or with the team.</li><li>
Adhere to the established creative process.</li><li>
Work within allocated hours and meet given deadlines. If issues arise with hours or deadlines, communicate this to your supervisor.</li><li>
Consistently interact and collaborate with estimating to ensure client budget compliance and to explore innovative solutions and options that deliver more for the client at lower costs.</li><li>
Effectively interact with customers through pre-sale process and have the ability to participate in presentations. Clearly articulate ideas and strategies for internal meetings.</li><li>
Generate expected deliverables (based on deliverables standards).</li><li>
Internally and externally present ideas either in person or via remote technologies in a cohesive, well thought-out manner.</li><li>
Provide leadership and support to divisional Creative Initiatives</li><li>
Accurately report time and status on a daily basis.</li><li>
Attend project and departmental meetings.</li><li>
Maintain creative files within the appropriate project folders on the server, using appropriate naming conventions and file structure.</li><li>
Stay abreast of relevant trends inside and outside of the industry to keep yourself on the leading edge of creativity.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Senior Environments Designer Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in industrial, interior, architectural or related design from accredited institution.</li><li>
7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and Adobe Creative Suite is required.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Sketchup and Twinmotion preferred.</li><li>
Ability to take ownership of large scale projects and project teams with limited oversight.</li><li>
Strong design, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li>
Some travel may be required in this position.</li></ul>
