Job Opening: SEO Specialist (In-House, Full-Time)Location: Peshawar, Pakistan Job Type: Full-Time (In-House Only) Office Based: Yes (Peshawar Only) Company: Desverto LLCAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our in-house team in Peshawar. This role is for someone who understands SEO beyond surface-level tactics and can work closely with content, design, and performance teams.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking SEO strategies that drive long-term organic growth.This is not a freelance or part-time position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform keyword research (informational, commercial, transactional)</li><li>Build and optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta, headings, internal linking)</li><li>Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (indexing, speed, structure)</li><li>Create SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and service pages</li><li>Analyze competitors and identify ranking opportunities</li><li>Track performance using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush</li><li>Collaborate with content writers and designers</li><li>Prepare weekly &amp; monthly SEO reports</li><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best practices</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1.5+ years of hands-on SEO experience</li><li>Strong understanding of Google Search Console &amp; Google Analytics</li><li>Experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest</li><li>Solid grasp of on-page, technical, and content SEO</li><li>Ability to explain SEO decisions logically (no guesswork)</li><li>Comfortable working in a structured, in-office team environment</li></ul>Nice to Have (Bonus)<ul><li>Experience with service-based or agency SEO</li><li>Basic knowledge of WordPress / Webflow</li><li>Understanding of conversion-focused content</li><li>Familiarity with international SEO (US / EU markets)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable full-time in-house position</li><li>Growth-focused environment</li><li>Work with experienced designers, researchers, and marketers</li><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Clear processes and performance expectations</li></ul>Location RequirementThis is a strictly in-office role in Peshawar.
