Program Communications SpecialistColumbia, SC&middot; Part-Time | 16&ndash;20 hours per weekWe are seeking an experienced Program Communications Specialist to support the Clean Water 2020 Program. This role will provide program communications, reporting, and documentation while working closely with program managers, engineers, and client teams. This role ensures content accuracy, consistency, and high-quality communications while serving as a liaison to the Columbia Water communications team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain program content</li><li>Prepare reports and executive-level communications</li><li>Write, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, newsletters, and meeting materials</li><li>Develop branded templates and standardized reporting tools</li><li>Maintain reporting templates and assist with SharePoint document management</li><li>Coordinate communications with program managers, engineers, and client stakeholders</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>5+ years of communications or program support experience</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to translate technical information into clear messaging</li></ul>This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented communications professional who excels in a dynamic, client-focused environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of relevant work to resume@desainc.com.
