What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul><li>Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software.</li><li>Respond quickly, accurately, and eloquently to customer-submitted tickets.</li><li>Focus on helping our clients achieve success through the use of our products.</li><li>Assist clients with system functionality and features.</li><li>Adhere to established SLA requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot software related issues and escalate critical issues when necessary.</li><li>Keep system documentation and FAQ entries current.</li><li>Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Product Team, and Sales to ensure customer needs are being met.</li></ul></div>

Required: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking or Logistics is a must.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and outside of the box thinking.</li><li>Excellent people skills &ndash; ability to be empathetic, accurate, responsive &amp; resourceful.</li><li>Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in an efficient manner.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms.</li><li>Excellent telephone support personality/engaging phone presence.</li><li>Knowledge in Help Desk software, Microsoft 365, networking, printer/scanner, data import and export, reporting, tracking, EDI, SFTP, accounting experience a plus.</li><li>Willing to share responsibility of being part of after-hours On-Call Rotation to respond to critical system issues/outages.</li><li>2 + years experience in customer support a plus.</li></ul></div><div>

Salary Range: $45,000 &ndash; $55,000 USD annually
