<div><div>We are seeking an experienced <b>Senior HR Coordinator</b> to oversee daily administrative operations and manage end-to-end HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE HR processes, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience with Dubai government portals. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinate and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other employee correspondence.</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
</li><li>Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labor-related documentation.</li><li>
Handle attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR reporting.</li><li>
Manage company administrative functions, including office documentation and record management.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.</li><li>
Liaise with government departments, service providers, and external agencies as required.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.</li><li>
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and records.</li><li>
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum <b>5 years</b> of experience in HR and Administration within the UAE.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.</li><li>
Experience handling end-to-end HR processes independently.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Dubai government portals.</li><li>
Excellent documentation, drafting, and record management skills.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>
