We Are Hiring &ndash; Chef De Partie (Hot/Oven Section)We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the Hot &amp; Oven Section, bringing creativity, consistency, and strong attention to detail to ensure top-quality dishes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes in the Hot/Oven section according to restaurant standards.</li><li>Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in daily operations.</li><li>Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients.</li><li>Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menu items.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as Chef De Partie in reputable restaurants/hotels.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Hot Kitchen &amp; Oven Section techniques.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team player with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.</li><li>Immediate availability</li><li>legal documents ( Valied QID and Valid FHC)</li></ul>Location: Souq Waqif - Doha, Qatar. Employment Type: Full-time Salary &amp; Benefits: 3500-4000 QAR with accommodation and transportation.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
