 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Head of Acquisition. The Head of Acquisition will be responsible for strategizing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing the acquisitions team, and driving sales initiatives. You will oversee paid media, SEO, referral programs, and emerging growth tactics while pushing the boundaries of traditional acquisition strategies. This role is critical in scaling our growth efforts globally, optimizing performance across multiple channels, and ensuring sustainable, high-ROI outcomes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Growth Strategy

 : Strong ability to analyze campaign data and make informed, strategic decisions to improve acquisition performance and ROI.

 <li>
 
 Paid Media Expertise
 
 : Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics; experience with additional channels (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>

 Project Management
 
 : Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across different regions and platforms.
