This in‑house role is ideal for someone who loves concepting, problem-solving, and bringing smart, cohesive visual ideas to life across digital and physical environments.If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality design&mdash;let&rsquo;s talk.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Concept, design, and produce creative work from ideation through final production&mdash;branding, marketing materials, presentations, environmental displays, websites, campaigns, and more.</li><li>Create digital assets including social graphics, email templates, and web elements.</li><li>Produce clean, production-ready files for both print and digital output.</li><li>Contribute to creative strategy alongside the Creative Director on marketing initiatives and brand development.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective, insight-driven design solutions.</li><li>Support corporate events, photo shoots, and content creation.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design or related field.</li><li>5+ years of professional design experience.</li><li>Compelling typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.</li><li>Experience in web/UI design.</li><li>Solid understanding of both print production and digital best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects.</li><li>A versatile portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse design work.</li><li>Bonus: experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.</li></ul>ApplySubmit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio for consideration.
