 *Requirements:*</div><div></div><div><br>
* Minimum *4 years of professional video editing experience*.</div><div>
* Proficiency in editing software such as *Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve* or equivalent.</div><ul><li>Strong understanding of political campaign communication and audience psychology.</li></ul><div>

The ideal candidate should be fluent in *Marathi* and preferably other Indian regional languages, with a keen understanding of political messaging and campaign design.</div><div></div><div><br>
 *Key Responsibilities:*</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Conceptualize and design political creatives, posters, banners, pamphlets, and social media graphics.</li><li>Work closely with campaign teams to translate political strategies into compelling visual communication.</li><li>Ensure designs are aligned with the party&rsquo;s vision, brand identity, and regional audience.</li></ul><div>
* Handle multilingual design work, with primary focus on *Marathi* and additional Indian languages.</div><div>
