D&amp;G is seeking a highly skilled Social Media &amp; Video Content Manager who can transform raw video footage into polished, high-performing social media content across multiple platforms.This role is responsible for editing all video content captured by our videographers, producing a variety of posts tailored to each platform, and managing the creative posting schedule across our brands.The ideal candidate understands how to turn real-world footage into compelling digital storytelling that produces measurable engagement and results.We are looking for someone who works quickly, maintains a high level of polish, and understands both branding and the construction industry.Core ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Edit all video content captured by company videographers</li><li>Produce a variety of post formats including:</li><li>Instagram Reels</li><li>TikTok</li><li>YouTube Shorts</li><li>Feed posts</li><li>Story content</li><li>Promotional edits</li><li>Create multiple versions of content optimized for different platforms</li><li>Add captions, graphics, transitions, and branding elements</li><li>Ensure all content reflects a clean, professional brand standard</li></ul>Social Media Content Production<ul><li>Produce 10&ndash;20 social media posts per week</li><li>Create a mix of video posts, graphics, carousels, and story content</li><li>Adapt content style depending on platform and audience</li><li>Maintain a consistent and strategic posting cadence</li></ul>Creative Scheduling &amp; Platform Management<ul><li>Manage the creative content calendar</li><li>Schedule and publish posts across platforms</li><li>Coordinate with leadership and videographers to plan content flow</li><li>Ensure timely turnaround from footage capture to published content</li></ul>Brand &amp; Industry Understanding<ul><li>Understand the construction industry and remodeling process</li><li>Translate projects, before/after transformations, and job site footage into engaging content</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all posts</li><li>Contribute ideas for content themes and marketing concepts</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Advanced video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent)</li><li>Strong proficiency with Canva</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools</li><li>Ability to produce polished, high-quality content quickly</li><li>Understanding of branding and visual storytelling</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects</li><li>Experience creating high-performing social media content</li></ul>Ideal CandidateYou are someone who:<ul><li>Can turn raw footage into engaging content quickly</li><li>Understands what performs on social media</li><li>Maintains a high level of visual polish</li><li>Works efficiently and meets deadlines</li><li>Understands how to translate real-world projects into compelling digital content</li><li>Is comfortable collaborating with videographers and leadership</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis role works closely with the leadership team and creative partners to produce high-quality digital content supporting our construction and brand portfolio.Location: Lafayette, Colorado: In-office collaborationPlease submit:<ul><li>Portfolio or examples of video edits and social media content</li><li>Links to accounts you have managed or contributed to</li><li>Brief description of your editing workflow and tools</li></ul>Pay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
