<div><b>Role Overview</b></div>
<div>We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own and execute Petlibro's day-to-day social media presence across all platforms. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role is the heartbeat of our social channels &mdash; responsible for bringing our brand to life through compelling content, meaningful community engagement, and sharp platform strategy. The ideal candidate blends creative instinct with analytical thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely loves pets.</div><div><br>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>Content Strategy &amp; Calendar Management</b></div>
<ul><li>Own and manage the social content for Petlibro, ensuring alignment with product launches, brand campaigns, and key cultural moments.</li>
<li>Develop platform-native content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging channels.</li>
<li>Partner with the Brand Director to translate brand and campaign objectives into compelling social executions.</li>
<li>Identify real-time opportunities to insert Petlibro into trending conversations in authentic and on-brand ways.</li>
</ul><div><b>Content Production &amp; Publishing</b></div>
<ul><li>Oversee the creation and publishing of high-quality, engaging content &mdash; from campaign assets to always-on and lo-fi organic content.</li>
<li>Create and capture original social content (iPhone video, UGC curation, Reels, TikToks) independently and in collaboration with the creative team.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone of voice across all platforms.</li>
<li>Support community management's content scheduling/publishing responsibilities and further develop staff skills with regards to asset and media management.</li>
</ul><div><b>Team Management</b></div>
<ul><li>Directly manage and develop a full-time Community Manager, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and ongoing support for their growth.</li>
<li>Set priorities and workflows for the Community Manager, ensuring community engagement efforts align with broader social and brand strategy.</li>
<li>Review and guide community responses for brand voice consistency, escalating high-profile moments or issues as needed.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the social team.</li>
</ul><div><b>Campaign Execution</b></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, influencer, PR, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive social representation.</li>
<li>Partner with the influencer marketing team to integrate creator content seamlessly into the social calendar.</li>
</ul><div><b>Analytics &amp; Reporting</b></div>
<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all social platforms on a weekly and monthly basis.</li>
<li>Utilize analytics tools (Dash Social preferred) to generate actionable insights and optimize content performance.</li>
<li>Bring data-backed recommendations to the Brand Director to continuously evolve and improve our social strategy.</li>
</ul><div><b>Trend &amp; Platform Monitoring</b></div>
<ul><li>Stay ahead of emerging platforms, algorithm updates, content formats, and social trends.</li>
<li>Proactively bring new ideas and trend-driven opportunities to the team with a clear POV on how they apply to Petlibro.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>6+ years of experience in social media management, preferably at a consumer brand, DTC company, or lifestyle brand.</li>
<li>Proven track record of growing social channels and driving meaningful engagement across owned channels.</li>
<li>Hands-on content creation skills &mdash; comfortable filming, editing, and producing lo-fi video content independently.</li>
<li>Strong storytelling ability with a sharp, adaptable brand voice.</li>
<li>Experienced with social analytics tools.</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.</li>
<li>1+ years of experience managing or mentoring direct reports; comfortable leading through influence and setting clear expectations.</li>
<li>Excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in the pet industry or consumer electronics is a plus.</li>
<li>Cross-culturally curious and excited to work with a global team.</li>
<li>Cat owners preferred &mdash; especially if you're willing to create original content with your pets.</li>
