Wage Range: $35-$55/Hourly

OVERVIEW:
We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring an HVAC/R Technician. We're looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications. The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.</li></ul><ul><li>
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.</li><li>
Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.</li><li>
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.</li><li>
Keeps current on all manufacturers&rsquo; products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.</li><li>
Provide technical support to customers.</li><li>
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience as an HVAC/R Technician</li><li>
Boiler and Chillers experience</li><li>
RTU Install and Service</li><li>
Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service</li><li>
Valid CO Driver&rsquo;s License and Clear MVR</li><li>
Current EPA License</li><li>
Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to be a team player and possess leadership qualities.</li></ul>
