You will work primarily in the field, visiting customer sites each day, with occasional trips to the Tampa office to pick up parts, supplies, or coordinate with the team. Your work will support a wide range of commercial clients, including office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and industrial environments.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems</li><li>Service ductwork, control systems, and refrigeration units</li><li>Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients about system conditions and solutions</li><li>Complete accurate service documentation and records</li><li>Keep your assigned service vehicle organized, stocked, and job ready</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards</li></ul>Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Job requirements<ul><li>At least 3 years of hands on commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience</li><li>EPA Certification Type II or Universal</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics</li><li>Proficient with hand and power tools</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments</li><li>Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical settings preferred</li></ul>Design Temp of Florida Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
