As a <b>Sr. Digital Analyst</b>, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our eCommerce strategy, turning data into insights that shape the customer experience and drive growth.</p><p>

You&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across Marketing, UX, Finance, Merchandising, and Site Operations to ensure our digital channels are not only performing&mdash;but evolving.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Performance Analysis &amp; Strategy (60%)</b></h3><ul><li>
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities that drive eCommerce performance.</li><li>
Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence decision-making.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Insight Communication &amp; Collaboration (10%)</b></h3><ul><li>
Present findings and insights in a clear, compelling way to leadership and cross-functional partners.</li><li>
