We partner with physicians to launch, grow, and manage thriving outpatient practices - so clinicians can focus on care, not admin.We&rsquo;re building a national network of MSO-PC partnerships and are seeking entrepreneurial psychiatrists to own and lead their own clinic, with DestaHealth as their operational partner. We&rsquo;re building across multiple states (DC, MD, VA, NJ, MA, CT) - and will work with you to identify the right location and structure.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Become the clinical and strategy lead of your own outpatient psychiatry clinic</li><li>Provide direct care (in-person + virtual) while expanding access in your local community</li><li>Build and manage your clinical team (with Desta&rsquo;s recruiting, HR, and admin support)</li><li>Collaborate with Desta on operations, growth planning, and long-term strategy</li></ul>What Desta Provides<ul><li>Upfront capital to acquire or launch your practice</li><li>Full-service support: billing, HR, credentialing, staffing, compliance, finance, real estate</li><li>A true doctor-operator partnership</li><li>Strategic guidance and the opportunity to expand into multiple clinics over time</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Board-certified psychiatrist</li><li>Licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey or Connecticut</li><li>3+ years of clinical experience</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to build and lead a clinic</li><li>Interest in outpatient care models: med management, TMS, therapy integration, etc.</li></ul>What Makes You a Great Fit You&rsquo;re early in your career journey and ready to build a legacy that prioritizes clinical quality, autonomy, and smart growth.
