This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office software, possess strong communication skills, and have previous experience in clerical or medical office settings. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with proper phone etiquette</li><li>Schedule appointments and maintain records using Open Dental</li><li>Verifying insurances online and over the phone</li><li>Submitting claims and appealing denied claims</li><li>Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support tasks</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized throughout the day</li><li>Wiping down countertops of the front desk and keeping the patient restroom tidy</li><li>Provide support for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person</li><li>Candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, start time is at 845AM. Thursdays we are open until 7pm.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in dental office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist is a plus</li><li>Preference will be given to those with prior dental experience</li><li>Strong Windows computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), creating and encrypting PDFs, sending and receiving emails, faxes and text messages</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred</li><li>Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to type accurately and quickly; proofreading skills are advantageous</li></ul>PLEASE DO NOT call our office regarding this listing, if we are interested we will reach out to you.
