CORE RESPONSIBILITES:</b></p></div><div><p><b>
Growth and Revenue Ownership</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Own B2C growth outcomes, including customer acquisition, retention, same-store revenue growth, and marketing-attributable revenue.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Translate company-level goals into clear growth strategies, targets, and execution plans, testing hypotheses and assumptions along the way to ensure strategies are grounded in data and real-world performance.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Serve as a strategic partner to the President/GM and executive leadership, utilizing organizational agility when influencing decisions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership on growth performance, risks, and opportunities, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>
Multi-Brand &amp; Local Market Strategy</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Design and operationalize a scalable multi-brand marketing model that supports 160+ local brands while preserving community relevance.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Establish a game plan that balances consistency with local customization; adapting approaches as markets, competition, and company priorities evolve.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Enable field leaders and local operators with tools, templates, and automation to execute effectively at the market level.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure marketing strategies are adaptable to varied competitive, demographic, and economic conditions, demonstrating comfort with change and ambiguity.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Performance Marketing &amp; Revenue Growth</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, &amp; CRM.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Continuously test, learn, and optimize across channels, offers, and funnel stages, challenging legacy approaches, and validating decisions through experimentation.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Campaign Strategy &amp; Creative Leadership</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional creative team (design, content, copy, video).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversee the development of integrated brand, local, and internal campaigns&mdash;from strategy through execution while setting clear expectations and maintaining momentum against company objectives.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, growth objectives, and measurable performance outcomes.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Data, Analytics &amp; Measurement</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Establish robust attribution, experimentation, and incrementality frameworks to assess true ROI across brands, channels, and markets.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Use cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and funnel metrics to guide strategic decisions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Leverage insights to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and growth planning.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making, where teams are encouraged to challenge the status quo and solve problems rigorously.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
AI-Enabled Marketing &amp; Innovation</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Lead the responsible adoption of AI across marketing functions, including personalization, content generation, experimentation, forecasting, and operational efficiency.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Partner with internal governance bodies to ensure ethical, scalable, and high-impact use of AI.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Identify and pilot emerging tools and technologies that create durable growth advantages, remaining flexible as technology and capabilities evolve.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Cross-Functional &amp; Operational Alignment</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Partner closely with Field Operations to align demand generation with capacity, service quality, and customer experience.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and with local operators to ensure alignment and execution.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure marketing strategies support long-term retention and brand trust, not just short-term acquisition.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Function as a unifying force between centralized teams and local operators.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b><br>
REQUIREMENTS:</b></p></div><div><p>
Education &amp; Experience:</p></div><p></p><div><ul><li><p><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
15+ years of progressive marketing or growth experience, with significant senior leadership responsibility.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proven history of owning and delivering growth outcomes, not just marketing activity.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience operating in multi-location, multi-brand, franchise, or services-based businesses strongly preferred.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and website optimization.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, evaluate and refine assumptions, and adjust direction quickly when needed.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to build effective relationships across levels and functions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Revenue-oriented, data-driven, and highly accountable mindset with a powerful sense of urgency to execute company objectives.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Position is remote, however 25% travel is required to visit centers and to attend team meetings.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
