Umrah SpecialistResponsibilities:<ul><li>Handle complete Umrah visa processing &amp; documentation</li><li>Manage hotel bookings, transport, and package coordination in Makkah &amp; Madinah</li><li>Communicate with Saudi suppliers and ensure smooth client arrangements</li><li>Provide accurate religious guidance and itinerary support for pilgrims</li><li>Maintain records, quotations, and ensure compliance with regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Umrah/Religious travel operations</li><li>Good knowledge of Saudi visa process and supplier network</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Arabic language knowledge is an advantage</li></ul>2. Inbound Tours &amp; Holiday ExpertsResponsibilities:<ul><li>Design and promote holiday packages for UAE &amp; international destinations</li><li>Handle hotel bookings, tours, transfers, and excursions</li><li>Develop new travel itineraries and partnerships with local operators</li><li>Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Respond to client inquiries and manage end-to-end bookings</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in travel &amp; tourism (inbound/outbound)</li><li>Strong destination knowledge of UAE &amp; GCC countries</li><li>Experience with travel portals and booking systems</li><li>Passion for travel and attention to detail</li></ul>Important Note:This position is commission-based and target-oriented.
