Role ObjectiveThe Project Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring timely completion of work as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. The role demands coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver the project within defined timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Oversee civil construction works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, flooring, waterproofing, etc.</li><li>Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.</li><li>Monitor labor productivity, resource utilization, and minimize wastage.</li></ul>2. Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist in preparing work schedules and micro-plans for timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and subcontractors for smooth workflow.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines and highlight delays or bottlenecks to management.</li></ul>3. Quality Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Conduct regular quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and RERA regulations where applicable.</li><li>Implement safety protocols at the site, monitor PPE usage, and conduct toolbox talks.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption records, and labor attendance.</li><li>Prepare measurement sheets and assist in contractor bill verification.</li><li>Keep records of site inspections, test reports, and approvals.</li></ul>5. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management<ul><li>Supervise contractors and ensure timely mobilization of labor and resources.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Resolve technical/site issues and escalate major challenges to the Project Manager.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.</li><li>Proficiency in reading drawings, AutoCAD, MS Excel/Project, and site measurement techniques.</li><li>Leadership and team-handling abilities.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of safety, quality, and environment management practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10-12 years of experience in site execution within the real estate/construction industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience in residential projects preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Position OverviewThe Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling creatives across digital, print, and social platforms. This role requires a mix of creative flair, brand understanding, and technical skills to deliver designs that align with the company&rsquo;s vision and marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Concept &amp; Ideation</li><li>Develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding.</li><li>Translate brand guidelines into fresh, creative ideas across multiple platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm design directions.</li><li>Design Execution</li><li>Create high-quality visuals for social media, websites, brochures, newsletters, presentations, event branding, and advertisements.</li><li>Develop layouts, typography, graphics, and imagery that communicate brand identity.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet technical requirements (size, resolution, file formats).</li><li>Branding &amp; Consistency</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.</li><li>Work on packaging, logo design, corporate identity, and campaign-specific themes.</li><li>Digital &amp; Motion Graphics</li><li>Design digital ads, banners, emailers, and reels/posts for social platforms.</li><li>Create motion graphics, simple video edits, and animations when required.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Feedback</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand creative needs.</li><li>Incorporate feedback from management to refine deliverables.</li><li>Work closely with printers, vendors, and external agencies when needed.</li><li>Research &amp; Innovation</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and competitor branding.</li><li>Introduce fresh creative styles and innovative formats for audience engagement.</li><li>Key Skills &amp; Requirements</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered).</li><li>A portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print.</li><li>Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D design, or UI/UX (added advantage).</li><li>Creativity with attention to detail and brand guidelines.</li><li>Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
