The Trainer Operations Control Center (OCC) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating specialized training programs for all OCC personnel, including traffic controllers, dispatchers, rolling stock controllers, crew controllers, and incident coordinators. This role ensures that all OCC staff are fully equipped with the technical knowledge, operational skills, decision-making capabilities, and safety awareness required to manage and control a high-speed railway network.</p></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop, implement, update, and monitor training programs for the OCC (Operations Control Center) staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.</li><li>
Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for OCC personnel, including new hires and existing staff, to enhance their operational knowledge and skills.</li><li>
Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to support effective training delivery.</li><li>
Collaborate with OCC management to identify training needs and develop training plans that align with operational requirements and organizational goals.</li><li>
Ensure the quality of training by conducting assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions to measure trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional training initiatives and ensure a comprehensive understanding of OCC processes and procedures.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OCC operations, technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate into training programs.</li><li>
Monitor and track the completion of training requirements for OCC staff, maintaining accurate records and documentation.</li><li>
Provide training support and guidance to OCC trainers and assist in their professional development.</li><li>
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the OCC by promoting training opportunities and encouraging staff engagement.</li></ul><div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree/MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Transportation, Engineering) or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in OCC operations or a related field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of control center functions.</li><li>
Adult education</li><li>
Proven knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards applicable to OCC operations.</li><li>
Certification in OCC operations or related areas is preferred.</li><li>
Affinity with railway operations and familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>

The Document Control Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the project-wide document control system, ensuring that all technical, contractual, and quality-related documentation is accurately processed, stored, and distributed in accordance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.</p></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain the centralized document control system (electronic and/or physical) to ensure all documentation is current, accurately cataloged, and easily retrievable.</li><li>
Be the administrator of the document control system (IT System). Manage user access rights and permissions within the DMS.</li><li>
Develop and implement document naming conventions, numbering systems, and filing structures.</li><li>
Provide support and training to internal staff on document control procedures, best practices, and the use of the DMS.</li><li>
Develop the distribution list of all project documents and update it as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure all documents are properly approved, signed and distributed.</li></ul><div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree / MBA in a relevant field.</li><li>
Ability to work with a diverse workforce in intercultural environments, promoting inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and relevant IT systems, leveraging technology for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>

Seasoned, well experienced professional from a bus operating background and shall provide direction, supervision, advice and guidance on all bus operational matters.</li><li>
Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, Public &amp; Private Stakeholders in the Middle East.</li><li>
Experience in big operation and maintenance set-up and can handle multi-national workforce.</li><li>
Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing &amp; reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.</li><li>
