   Responsible for all Transport Operation (Bus &amp; Cab).

   Responsible for all Transport Billing Data.
  </li>

   Responsible for Transport Compliance.
  </li>

   Responsible for Routing, Billing and various tracking activity like call support to company executive, drivers and emergency management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for Preparation, Distribution and Manage trip sheet for cab driver.
  </li>
  <li>
   Being the first point of contact for all Employees and Vendors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for security arrangements for transport.
  </li>
  <li>
   Arrange the induction and training off all new security member.
  </li>
  <li>
   Regular liaising with the delivery manager to ensure a smooth running of both departments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and nurturing relationships with employees.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate administrative records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Need to Handle Transport helpdesk mails.
  </li>
  <li>
   Arranging bus routes pick up and drop routes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Checking Cab and Driver compliance and preparation of Cab and Driver fitness checklist.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparation of Roster Shift for site supervisors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare agendas and decide, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board and other meetings. Share the MOM with all.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide clerical support to other departments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Make travel arrangements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Making project break up amount and share with projects for charge back.
  </li>
  <li>
   Making ACIS, BSV &amp;FS file transport and send to finance team for vendor payment, solve the finance team query.
  </li>
  <li>
   Making GPS report.
  </li>
  <li>
   Making all kinds of daily reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Making data for audit requirement
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in dealing with confidential information, and demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behavior in difficult and sensitive circumstances
  </li>
  <li>
   Well-developed liaison skills, including excellent communication skills with a range of public, private and stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent time management skills including working to deadlines, always attending to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated writing skills and advanced MS Office skills
  </li>
  <li>
   A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Very good command of both Hindi and English
