Other tasks are:
<br>
<ul><li>Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests</li>
<li>Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti's operational directives</li>
<li>Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control<br>
Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills</li>
<li>Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner</li>
<li>Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment</li>

Requirements
<br>
In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a team, you will need a clear motivation to take the next step in your career by upgrading to Captain<br>
<ul>
<li>EASA ATPL (A) License</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of Italian (non-native speakers must demonstrate at least B2 level)</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)</li>
<li>Minimum of 3,000 flight hours in airline operations</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience as a First Officer in airline operations</li>
<li>Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate</li>
<li>EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit</li>
<li>Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)</li>
<li>Strong leadership and teamwork skills</li>
</ul><br>
Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards. Recognition of Lufthansa Group selection processes may be considered.<br>
