Job Title: Logistics &amp; Operations/Admin ExecutiveDepartment: Logistics &amp; Operations Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Preferred: &quot;Female candidates, Tagalog-speaking ONLY&quot;Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics &amp; Operations Executive to manage daily logistics coordination and operational activities within our Dental Lab. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery operations, workflow coordination, and compliance with operational standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and manage pickups and deliveries of dental cases, appliances, and materials</li><li>Allocate delivery resources (bike drivers, vehicles) and coordinate with teams</li><li>Monitor and track delivery status; resolve delays and escalate issues when necessary</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for all operational and logistical activities</li><li>Coordinate with clinics, lab technicians, and admin teams to ensure seamless workflow</li><li>Ensure all cases are handled safely and securely to prevent damage or loss</li><li>Manage inventory of consumables, materials, and logistics-related resources</li><li>Maintain vehicles, equipment, and safety compliance standards</li><li>Implement and monitor SOPs for operations and logistics</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity</li><li>Assist in HR, administrative, and operational reporting as needed</li></ul>Education &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Knowledge of local regulations, delivery operations, and UAE healthcare compliance</li><li>Familiarity with lab or clinical workflows preferred</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or healthcare supply chain</li><li>Experience in managing teams and coordinating deliveries preferred</li><li>Knowledge of case handling, documentation, and operational compliance</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong organizational and planning skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operations simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills for workflow and process improvement</li><li>Familiarity with logistics software, vehicle management, and operational tools</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Professional, reliable, and patient-focused</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV at hr@deutschetechnikdl.comWork Location: In person
