About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of our web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, a clear understanding of software development lifecycles, and hands-on QA experience in production environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and track multiple web and mobile projects from initiation to delivery</li><li>Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery</li><li>Define project scope, timelines, and milestones; manage risks and resolve roadblocks</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders for updates, feedback, and reporting</li><li>Implement and enforce quality standards based on hands-on QA knowledge</li><li>Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives</li><li>Ensure feature completeness, bug tracking, and deployment readiness</li><li>Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements in delivery flow</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of project management experience in software/web/mobile environments</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in QA for production-level applications</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management systems</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to understand basic technical concepts and translate them to stakeholders</li></ul>Preferred (Bonus) Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with cross-functional remote teams</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and app release cycles</li><li>Exposure to tools like Postman, BrowserStack, or Playwright for QA purposes</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Faisalabad Madina Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>in Project management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Faisalabad Madina Town (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
