Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in identifying potential international clients and markets.</li><li>Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export shipments.</li><li>Prepare and maintain export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).</li><li>Conduct market research on global trade trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.</li><li>Communicate with overseas clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.</li><li>Support the export sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.</li><li>Help in tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales data, reports, and client interactions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>Strong interest in international trade and export sales.</li><li>Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation (preferred).</li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Export Sales Executive (Intern)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Procure items, such as aluminum, MS sheets, angles, and other fabrication mechanical, electrical, semiconductor materials.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts departments for smooth operations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and related documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in procurement/purchasing, especially in steel and fabrication materials.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of local market , material specifications, and cost estimation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software and maintain mail drafting.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
