We are a dedicated team serving clients in over 50 countries.Website: www.devasunlimited.comOnline-store: www.loverocks.inJOB DESCRIPTIONRoles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Planning, organizing and managing offline and online events/retreats</li><li>Managing online events - planning and execution via online streaming platforms such as zoom, YouTube and Restream</li><li>Performing dry runs for online events</li><li>Ensuring content for promoting events is put up on the website</li><li>Taking care of registrations for events</li><li>Communicating with participants ensuring they have all information needed for the events</li><li>Handling HR related communications, staff attendance, training, onboarding of new employees, updating employee handbook as and when required, ensuring policies are adhered to by staff members.</li><li>Setting up service appointments via email for our practitioners and communicating the same to clients.</li><li>Facilities management and handling basic general administration</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to interact with customers</li><li>Ability to work in a team</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Supplemental pay types:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Is the remuneration mentioned in the job description acceptable to you?
