Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth functioning of all machinery like *Extrusion, Printing, Slitting Machines* and facilities. This is a critical role that directly impacts our production efficiency and safety standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment</li><li>Maintenance of extrusion, printing, slitting and inspection machines</li><li>Maintenance planning, spare control and documentation</li><li>Safety compliance and statutory adherence</li><li>Handling of maintenance team and coordination with production</li><li>Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Skill Requirements<ul><li>Must be a valid C License holder (Electrical)</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred</li><li>Experience in Drives, PLC, automation and control panels is essential</li><li>Prior experience in flexible packaging/printing/extrusion industry</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Drive, PLC, Automation: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Textiles or Printing Machine, Extrusion Machine: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>C License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
