Devereux Massachusetts</b> serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a nurse at Devereux, you will use your expertise in the field to make a positive impact on our clients and families by playing an integral role in the administrative and operational management of the Nursing Department; participating in interviewing and hiring skilled nurses; training, scheduling and supervison of the nursing team; being an active member of the center&rsquo;s Senior Treatment Team and the Interdisciplinary Team; and nd evaluation of and development of procedures and protocols, ensuring that they are in line with regulations and best practice standards.</div><p></p><p><b><br>

Assistant Nurse Manager

Devereux Florida Health provides services for children and families in the child welfare system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Sarasota, FL and providing coverage to Sarasota, DeSoto, and Manatee counties., the Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing services to support individuals in the Sarasota Pilot Program with a primary focus on ensuring safety, stability, and assisting towards permanency. Ensuring all individuals receive any needed services. This role requires consistent engagement with children and foster parents and biological families and service and service providers to assess needs, ensure any additional services are in place , monitor progress and communicate to all parties.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Case Manager facilitates access to necessary services, including medical, educational, and behavioral health supports, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. They will advocate for the child&rsquo;s best interests, ensuring that all decisions promote well-being and permanency outcomes. This position also involves regular communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, supervisors, and community partners, to address barriers and support placement stability. The Case Manager is responsible for preparing any necessary reports.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Certified Child Welfare Case Manager

Devereux Florida provides programs and services that reunite families whose children have been removed from the home due to welfare concerns. Based out of Tampa, FL and providing coverage throughout Sarasota, DeSoto, and Manatee Counties, this position is responsible for supporting Case Managers by transporting clients (children, parents or caregivers) safely and timely to and from appointments and activities, including medical, court, family visitations, and others as needed. This role will assist with oversight of family visitations, documenting and providing findings to the assigned Case Manager.</div><p></p><p><br>
This role may assist with transporting children to and from school, temporary placements, caregivers after hours, and for weekend appointments as needed. To meet those needs, the Case Management Support may be needed to work early morning hours, be off mid-day, and return for afternoon shifts, with openness to picking up unscheduled work as unplanned needs may arise. On-call for evenings and weekends is required on a rotational basis. This role may be called out in the event of an emergency.</p><p></p><div><b><br>
