Client Onboarding &amp; TransitionAct as the primary point of contact for qualified leads, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and align them with our service capabilities.Facilitate a smooth handover of the client and project brief to the technical/project management team post-sale.Assist in the preparation of initial proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.QualificationsExperience: 4 years of experience in Business Development or an MBA.Sales Development, or Lead Generation, preferably within a B2B environment (software, IT services, or SaaS preferred).Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Aptitude: Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various prospecting tools.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
