We are combining regulatory-compliant distribution with intelligent financial insights, making investing simpler and more personalized. While this is the first technology product, we have 30 years of experience in finance, and this is the first technology intitative.We&rsquo;re lean, ambitious, and moving fast. You will be joining at the ground floor.Role OverviewAs our first marketing hire, you will set up our entire marketing engine &mdash; from strategy to execution. Your job will be to:Find where our early customers are Bring them in the door Make them fall in love with the product Turn them into loyal users and advocatesYou will shape brand, voice, channels, and growth systems from scratch.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and test early acquisition experiments &mdash; WhatsApp, Meta, Google, LinkedIn.</li><li>Build financial content + campaigns aligned to SEBI-compliant communication.</li><li>Develop user funnels: awareness &rarr; activation &rarr; engagement.</li><li>Track key beta metrics: signups, verified KYC users, first transaction.</li><li>Conduct user research + feedback loops to guide product direction.</li><li>Establish our brand identity, narrative, and digital presence.</li><li>Manage low-cost, high-ROI marketing tactics suitable for early stage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; ExperienceWe&rsquo;re open-minded &mdash; but ideally, you have:<ul><li>3+ years in digital or growth marketing</li><li>(Fintech/Wealth/Personal Finance a strong plus)</li><li>Comfort wearing multiple hats: content, automation, SEO, performance</li><li>Experience in early-stage testing, scrappy growth hacking</li><li>Fluent in analyzing acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, LTV etc.)</li><li>Excellent storytelling and communication</li></ul>This role will bring<ul><li>Founder-level visibility and decision-making influence</li><li>Opportunity to build a fintech brand from the beta stage to nationwide scale</li><li>Fast growth into the Head of Marketing role</li><li>High ownership</li></ul>Who You AreYou thrive in chaos.
