Job Overview We are seeking an English Tutor to support a client whose primary language is Jamaican Patois. The client requires 3 hours of in‑person tutoring per week.Duties<ul><li>Travel to the client&rsquo;s location</li><li>Develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy, writing skills, and cultural context to support language acquisition</li><li>Use modern learning technology to create interactive lessons, track progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed</li><li>Build a positive rapport with the client through supportive and culturally responsive teaching</li><li>Provide constructive feedback to strengthen the client&rsquo;s speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or in a related field</li><li>Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse learning needs</li><li>Experience working with individuals with special education needs or in inclusive learning environments</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li></ul>Join us as an English/Jamaican Patois Tutor and make a meaningful impact by sharing your linguistic expertise and cultural insight.Pay: $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
