Maintenance Technician (GPM) &ndash; KFC Calicut​KFC is looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Maintenance Technicians (General Property Maintenance) for our outlets in Calicut. If you are a hands-on problem solver who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!​Key Responsibilities​As a GPM Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure uninterrupted service.​Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine check-ups and repairs on kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, chillers, and dispensers).​Electrical Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and backup generators.​Facility Upkeep: Handle basic plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning) maintenance, and minor civil repairs.​Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.​Safety Compliance: Ensure all repairs are conducted following safety standards and food industry hygiene protocols.​Reporting: Maintain logs of repairs, spare parts inventory, and energy consumption.Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering<ul><li>Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply</li><li>Location: Kozhikode, Vadakara, Sulthan Bethery, Malappuram, Iritty, Palakkad.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
