As a Customer Relations Executive at BMW, you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their entire journey with us&mdash;before, during, and after sales or service. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable experience for every customer. You will support our sales and service teams and help drive business growth through proactive communication and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.</li><li>Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Stay updated on BMW products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams for a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Track and analyse customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and improve service.</li><li>Organize customer loyalty programs, events, and engagement initiatives.</li><li>Follow up with customers post-sale or service to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Support sales/service teams with customer communication and relationship building.</li><li>Assist with test drives, vehicle deliveries, and after-sales follow-ups.</li><li>Provide customers with timely updates on service status, offers, and vehicle availability.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.</li><li>Monitor customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Analyse customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.</li><li>Send personalized greetings, reminders, and promotional offers to customers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role&mdash;ideally in the automotive or luxury goods sector.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns and complaints.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems or customer management tools is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a commitment to excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your exepected salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>telesales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
