Job Overview As a Senior Landscape Designer / Design&ndash;Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing design concepts, and selling complete landscape design-build projects. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with clients, architects, and our production team to bring high-end outdoor environments to life.This role offers the opportunity to lead projects that reflect exceptional design quality while growing your own client base and contributing to Dex by Terra&rsquo;s continued success.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for new residential design-build clients</li><li>Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess needs, goals, and budgets</li><li>Create detailed landscape design plans and presentations (AutoCAD or similar software)</li><li>Present and sell comprehensive design-build proposals to clients</li><li>Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships throughout design and construction phases</li><li>Meet or exceed annual sales and design performance goals</li><li>Represent Dex by Terra with professionalism, creativity, and integrity</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or design-build sales</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field</li><li>Proven track record selling and managing high-end residential landscape projects ($150K-$1 MILLION)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools</li><li>Strong design portfolio demonstrating residential landscape design expertise</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills</li><li>Knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques</li><li>Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
