 <b>About the Role</b></p><div>
At DEX Imaging, we&rsquo;re looking for a Systems Engineer I who is ready to get into the field and support businesses by installing and servicing copier and printer systems.</div><div>
You won&rsquo;t be sitting behind a desk managing servers.</div><div>
Instead, you&rsquo;ll:</div><div>
</div><ul><li>
Install and configure document imaging equipment</li><li>
Troubleshoot connectivity and print/scan issues</li><li>
Work directly with customers to ensure devices integrate properly into their workflows</li><li>
Build a strong technical foundation that can lead to Systems Engineer II, III, or Install Project Coordinator roles</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Install and set up copiers and printers</li><li>
Connect devices to customer networks</li><li>
Set up print drivers and scan-to-email/scan-to-folder</li><li>
Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues</li><li>
Provide friendly, professional customer support</li><li>
Document your work in our system</li></ul><div>
You&rsquo;ll be out in the field helping businesses keep their equipment running smoothly.</div><div>

Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>
Basic understanding of computers and networks</li><li>
Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to manage your time and travel locally</li><li>
