The Administrative Data Collection Specialist is responsible for accurate day-to-day billing of assigned equipment. They support and assist other departments with any meter disputes and questions. Since this position has a direct impact on the company&rsquo;s monthly recurring revenue, all of the following Duties and Responsibilities are time critical.</div></div><div><div><div><b><br>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><ul><li><br>
 Process missing meter report for designated bill group(s) and maintain accurate meter read entries.
</li></ul><ul><li> Obtain missing meters via phone, email, DCA, etc.</li></ul><ul><li> Correction or reset of meters.</li></ul><ul><li> Report equipment no longer reporting on DCA to National DCA Team</li></ul><ul><li> Process daily billing not completed by our automated system.
</li></ul><ul><li> Support Accounts Receivables, Contracts and Customers with meter inquires.
</li></ul><ul><li> Submits meters to all 3rd party vendors</li></ul><ul><li> All assigned contracts are to be billed no later than 5:00 pm on month end close date.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><b><br>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS</b></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><ul><li><br>
 Computer literacy to utilize basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and organizational systems.</li></ul><ul><li> Effective communication, in written and oral form, with customers and across all levels of the organization.</li></ul><ul><li> Basic math skills.</li></ul><ul><li> Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle a large volume of work at a fast pace.</li></ul><ul><li> Ability to multi task.</li></ul><ul><li> Ability to work independently and as a productive team member.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><b><br>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</b></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><ul><li><br>
 High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul><ul><li> Experience with data collection/entry</li></ul></div></div></div>
