 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Coordinator to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams. This role involves calendar management, coordination, and communication with international teams, including executives and stakeholders across multiple regions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Act as a Spanish liaison for communication with international stakeholders
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Take meeting minutes and manage follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with travel coordination and expense reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support operations with data entry and coordination tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

 <li>
 1&ndash;3+ years of administrative or coordination experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with data entry and general administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional communication skills and ability to work with leadership
 </li>
