<div><div>The Deputy Manager Supplier Quality is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing supplier quality assurance processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality materials and components. This role involves supplier audits, product/material requirements &amp; validation, performance monitoring, corrective action implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>

Supplier Quality Management: Develop and enforce supplier quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company requirements.<br>
➢<br>
Supplier Audits &amp; Assessments: Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and risk assessments to qualify new and existing suppliers.<br>
➢<br>
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including defect rates, on-time delivery, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).<br>
➢<br>
Problem-Solving &amp; CAPA: Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation for supplier-related quality issues.<br>
➢<br>
Process Improvement: Work with suppliers to implement continuous improvement by improvement methodologies (QCC, Kaizen, LEAN &amp; Six Sigma).<br>
➢<br>
Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure suppliers meet regulatory and company quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO19443), and maintain proper documentation and certifications.<br>
➢<br>
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to align supplier quality with business needs.<br>
➢<br>
Training &amp; Development: Provide guidance and training to suppliers on quality expectations, standards, and best practices.<br>
➢<br>
Escalation Management: Serve as the key point of contact for supplier-related quality concerns, leading resolution efforts and mitigation plans.<br>
➢<br>
New Product Introduction (NPI): Support supplier selection, validation, and qualification during NPI and production ramp-up phases.<br>
➢<br>
Customer quality issue: Support customer &lsquo;s quality issue, provide clarification &amp; introduce problem solution.</div></div><p></p>

Job summary</b><br>
To manage the Sales and Marketing functions of north and east region assigned and work closely with D.G.M for achieving the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Targets assigned. Individual shall be responsible for driving sales, marketing and collection function in the fields of coupler, Bar and other Dextra business.<br>
Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned)<br>

To manage sales achieve department targets.<br>

To achieve sales and profit objectives by prospecting &amp; developing business opportunities.<br>
<br>
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with present and potential clients.<br>
<br>
Responsible for AR collection (Couplers &amp; Threads), Retention, TDS certificate etc to keep the dues under control as per Management guidance.<br>
<br>
Benchmarking of Dextra India competition, including Market prices information &amp; insights about competitor's overall quality and services.<br>
<br>
Provides training, guidelines to team to ensure best customer service to clients and business and high level of customer satisfaction. Ensured that team deliver best results as targeted.</div></div><p></p>
