Under the general guidance of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, manages and directs the operational infrastructure of the Talent Acquisition function. Oversees recruiting technology governance, automation initiatives, and process optimization to ensure an efficient, compliant, technology-enabled recruiting operation and onboarding operations. Performs professional-level work in the administration, configuration, and enhancement of talent acquisition systems and processes. Responsible for managing the functional capabilities of recruiting platforms, driving automation and AI utilization, and leading continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruiter capacity and candidate experience.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
What you will be doing:</b></p></div><p></p><ul><li><p>
Manages ATS, CRM, and Career Site platform functionality, automation buildout, campaign development, talent pool architecture, chatbot configuration, and optimization of system capabilities in alignment with Talent Acquisition strategy.</p></li></ul></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversees Workday Recruiting Governance including recruiting workflow configuration, requisition lifecycle management, stage architecture, and process optimization in partnership with HRIS and TS to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Leads AI-driven automation initiatives, including rediscovery campaigns, evergreen pipelines, skill-based matching strategies, and candidate engagement workflows to enhance recruiter efficiency and proactive pipelining.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Manages the Career Site Content Management System (CMS), ensuring usability, branding alignment, and optimized candidate conversion performance.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversees system integrations between recruiting platforms and related HCM systems to ensure data accuracy, workflow continuity, and operational reliability.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Identifies process inefficiencies and implements continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting and onboarding workflows.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Establishes and monitors service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance standards to ensure accountability, efficiency, and service excellence.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Manages and directs the day-to-day activities of the Onboarding Specialists, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance throughout the offer-to-start lifecycle.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Develops, coaches, and monitors the performance of onboarding staff, providing training on systems, processes, and service expectations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversees the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and a consistent candidate experience while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and Board policies.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Partners with HRIS, TS, and internal stakeholders to support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and strategic technology initiatives aligned with Talent Acquisition goals.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
May occasionally manage a limited requisition workload to support recruiting operations during periods of high demand or operational need.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
What you will need:</b></p></div><p></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.</p></li><li><p>
Three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition operations, enablement, or recruiting technology.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

<div><p><b>Job Overview</b></p><p>
GENERAL SUMMARY</p><p></p><p>
Under supervision of the Guest Service Shift Leader, provides first-line customer service and transportation to guests on the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA), for special events and tours, and during irregular operations and emergencies.</p><p></p><p>
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>
Operates a van or bus providing for internal and external DFW for special events or airport tours or when requested by the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) for airline hardstand operations, evacuation of disabled aircraft, or in the event of irregular operations, emergency, or disaster.</li><li>
Assists disabled passengers by providing special transportation as required.</li><li>
Completes passenger counts, mileage/time logs, malfunction, and accident reports.</li><li>
Assists customers with luggage.</li><li>
Inspects vehicle fleet for proper operation and physical condition.</li><li>
Locates and retrieves lost items/passengers.</li><li>
Responds to customer complaints to customer&rsquo;s satisfaction within Board operating procedures or refers to Shift Lead for resolution.</li><li>
Responds to customer injuries and emergencies; acts as initial point of contact during these events and relays emergency information to appropriate persons.</li><li>
Fuels buses and staff vehicles daily, routinely removes trash/debris from inside vehicles and processes Regulated Garbage per federal policy, routinely drives buses and vans through washing and fueling facilities.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
One (1) year experience in a position requiring extensive public contact.</li><li>
Possession Class B Commercial driver&rsquo;s license with a passenger (P) endorsement.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, repeated as necessary within a 10-hour period.</li><li>
Must be able to exert coupling forces from 8 pounds to 20 pounds 4 times per hour.</li><li>
Must be able to maintain seated posture continuously for a period up to 10 hours.</li><li>
Must be able to maintain standing posture up to 30 minutes at a time, intermittently during 10-hour periods.</li><li>
Must pass a medical physical examination.</li><li>
Must maintain Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Certificate.</li><li>
Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al., and DFW Airport&rsquo;s Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.</li></ul><p></p><p>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Continued):</p><ul><li>
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (CBP) security access clearance within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for CBP security access clearance upon each CBP security access renewal.</li><li>
Must be able to meet all initial and recurrent training requirements in accordance with Title 14 CFR part 139 and administrative Policy AO.014.01, Ground Vehicle Driver Training for Air Operations Area (AOA) within 30 days of assignment to a driving position and before being permitted to operate the vehicle without the direct supervision and presence of a co-operator qualified under this requirement.</li><li>
This is a Department of Transportation (DOT) designated safety sensitive position as defined in DFW Airport&rsquo;s Drug and Alcohol Administrative Policy and Procedure. Applicants selected for this position will be required to pass drug and alcohol tests prior to employment and to submit to drug and alcohol screening on a random basis during the length of their employment in the DOT safety sensitive position.</li></ul><p></p><p>
This is a designated Essential Employee position as defined in DFW Airport&rsquo;s Categories and Classifications Administrative Policy and Procedure. An essential employee is one whose attendance is required to maintain airport operations during an emergency or inclement weather situation.</p><p></p><p>
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p><ul><li>
Knowledge of the principles and practices of public transportation.</li><li>
Knowledge of Airport Board transportation standards and procedures.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shift assignments, 8-hour shifts or 10-hour shifts.</li><li>
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to prepare and maintain routine records and reports.</li><li>
Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly over two-way radio.</li><li>
Ability to maintain harmonious effective working relationships and to deal with difficult public relation issues.</li><li>
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.</li><li>
Vision (near/far/depth) ability to operate controls onboard bus, safely drive and navigate through traffic.</li><li>
Hearing ability at level to hear two/way radio transmissions from a distance of 2' and to safely monitor immediate traffic noise and emergency sirens.</li></ul><p></p><p>
DESIRABLE:</p><ul><li>
Ability to speak a second language, in addition to English.</li><li>
Experience in customer service.</li></ul><p></p><p>
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>
Must have a good private driving record: (a) no more than two (2) convictions of moving violations in the last 36 months and (b) no DWI convictions in the last 60 months.</li></ul><p></p><p>

Works in and around Airport terminals.</li><li>
Reacts calmly, quickly, and logically in emergency situations; works hours in excess of normal shift during emergencies.</li><li>
