If you enjoy coordinating, organizing, and making sure things fall into place &mdash; from purchase orders to client deliveries &mdash; this role puts you at the heart of our operations.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Work with vendors to get quotations and ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Prepare and track purchase orders for our stores and installation teams.</li><li>Keep a close eye on warehouse operations and inventory records.</li><li>Plan logistics for new installations and make sure schedules run smoothly.</li><li>Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), send renewal reminders, and keep asset records up to date.</li><li>Step in to support service breakdowns and ensure clients get quick resolutions.</li><li>Be the point of contact for clients on deliveries and follow-ups.</li><li>Support team logistics &rarr; arranging meetings, helping with inductions, and keeping documentation digital and organized.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics or operations (infrastructure/elevator industry experience preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or CRM exposure is a plus.</li><li>Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Clear communicator who works well across teams.</li></ul>What&rsquo;s In It for You<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>A clear growth path &rarr; from Executive to Senior Executive and beyond.</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-value projects in the infrastructure and mobility space.</li><li>A collaborative, learning-driven environment where no two days are the same.</li></ul>Why Join Gilco?Because we&rsquo;re not just installing lifts and escalators.
