Role Description:This is a full-time role located in HOSUR TAMILNADU Head-Projects / General Manager-Projects. The role entails in handling tendering, planning, project management, creating and implementing development plans, and leading commercial management for assigned projects.Position: HEAD-PROJECTS/ GENERAL MANAGER - PROJECTSHybrid rolls: On-siteSalary: Best in Industry.Location:Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plans, directs, supervises, and controls overall project operations.</li><li>Plans and organizes contract and project management activities including budgeting, billing and planning.</li><li>To organize work schedules, risk management, progress of certification and payment collections.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of Tenders and standardized tender templates.</li><li>Review of Tender Documents.</li><li>Review all project management reports on a weekly basis in co-ordination with Project Manager and site team.</li><li>Evaluate the Sub-Contractor running bills at site.</li><li>Perform timely material reconciliations, monitor and control the material wastages at site.</li><li>Monitor local and federal regulations.</li><li>Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and project planning.</li><li>Maintain reports and records of the budgets and expenses of the projects.</li><li>Reviewing / developing operational process flows.</li><li>Responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects. Primarily estimate and monitor project costs, from the early design to the final construction stages.</li><li>Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications.</li><li>To work closely with project managers, site engineers and sub-contractors to ensure a project is cost-effective and meets quality standards.</li><li>Evaluation of Material Specification and Prices of Vendors/Subcontractors against Project Specifications.</li><li>Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.</li><li>Coordinate technical and Commercial meetings with site team and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensuring Quality and Safety Standard.</li><li>Assures all completed projects meet quality requirements in accordance with job specifications and scope.</li><li>Preparing MIS reports.</li><li>Regular visit to all sites.</li><li>Process implementation with periodic reviews and recommendations for process improvement for business effectiveness.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in Industry, bridges, Canals, project management, and commercial management.</li><li>A proven history of successful delivery of projects in Industry with best practice.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience in managing Company Asset material management &amp; Wastage control systems.</li><li>Flexibility to manage several activities at one time.</li><li>Ability to integrate teams to work in complex cross-cultural environment.</li><li>Languages- Tamil,English, Hindi, Kannada &amp; Telugu</li><li>Software knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.</li></ul>Role: Construction MVP Engineering - OtherIndustry Type: Engineering &amp; ConstructionDepartment: Construction &amp; Site EngineeringEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Construction EngineeringEducationUG: Diploma Electrical, B.Tech/B.E.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
