Job DescriptionDHANGUARD is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) cum Driver to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and processing, while also providing reliable transportation support for official tasks, client meetings, and document collections/submissions across the UAE.The ideal candidate must be well-versed with UAE government procedures and capable of managing fieldwork efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all activities related to company formation, trade license issuance, and renewals across Mainland &amp; Free Zones.</li><li>Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations (employment, residence, investor, dependent) with MOHRE, Immigration, and other authorities.</li><li>Drive staff to government offices, free zones, banks, and client locations across the UAE.</li><li>Submit and collect documents from MOHRE, Immigration, DED, RTA, and other authorities.</li><li>Handle license-related submissions, visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation) and</li><li>Assist with company formation and trade license renewals (Mainland &amp; Free Zone).</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and company documents.</li><li>Manage document attestation and follow-up on approvals and NOCs.</li><li>Maintain proper records of all government transactions and receipts.</li><li>Ensure safe handling of company/client documents.</li><li>Maintain company vehicle in good condition and follow UAE traffic rules.</li><li>Support administrative and field work as required.</li><li>Contribute directly to achieving business development and revenue targets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of UAE experience as a PRO (business setup/consultancy experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and mainland licensing processes.</li><li>Experience working with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, RTA, Land Department, and other UAE authorities.</li><li>Good communication skills and professional attitude.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle outdoor government-related tasks efficiently.</li><li>Client-focused mindset with basic sales support understanding.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License &ndash; mandatory.</li></ul>What We Offer&middot; Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.&middot; Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.&middot; Supportive team environment with ongoing mentorshipTo Apply: Please submit your updated CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.Email: hiring@dhanguard.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED 3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
