Job Description:Urgent requirement for the position of Legal Head (Land Acquisition &amp; Deed Drafting)Qualification: Graduate (LLB/ LLM)Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, KolkataExperience: Min. 18 Yrs. in same/ relevant fieldRole &amp; responsibilities1. Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process for land acquisition.2. Review legal documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other contracts related to land acquisition.3. Coordinate with Govt. Dept. and resolve the land litigation matter4. Review of sanctioned plan , obtainment of Khaata, Conversion and Change of land use or any other such Liaison work related to project approval.5. Preparing MIS as per requirement,6. Proper upkeep of the Land records, purchase agreements and other relevant documents.7. Provide holistic support to the Site Team in all matters and getting permissions/clearances from authorities etc.8. Candidates should have robust experience in all types of real estate related advice and transactions. 9. Candidates must have thorough practical knowledge of Land and Immovable property matters. 10. Candidates must have working knowledge and experience regarding Land acquisition, Land conversion and Land mutation. 11. Conduct of Property searches/ due diligence and title related requisitions 12. Real Estate experience Preferred. Working with Muslim Property , Muslim Law gets preference. 13. Must be able to clear all legal queries of our residential buyer. 14. Candidates must have reading &amp; writing knowledge of English &amp; Bengali. Also Good communication and negotiation skills required. 15. Candidates must have knowledge of WBRERA ACT.16. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Deed of Conveyance/ Agreement for Sale/ Lease Deed/ Leave Licence Agreement, etc. 17. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Joint Development Agreements/ Co-Development Agreements/ Project Management Agreement, etc. 18. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of land/property/project financing documents 19. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of ancillary documentation such as Power of Attorney/ Deed of Declaration/ Deed of Indemnity/ etc. 20.Drafting/ amending/ finalising papers/ proceedings for seeking court orders/ reliefs for title related matters 21.
