We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a skilled Advertisement Manager to lead our promotional efforts.Role Overview:As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, as well as managing the brand&rsquo;s SEO strategy for long-term organic growth.Key Responsibilities:&#9989; Google &amp; Meta Ads Management:<ul><li>Plan and execute high-ROI performance campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).</li><li>Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation</li></ul>Optimize ads based on performance data: CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate<ul><li>Create compelling ad copy and work with designers for visual creatives</li><li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.</li></ul>&#9989; SEO Strategy &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and optimizations</li><li>Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and loading speed for better ranking</li><li>Develop backlinks and partnerships with high-authority websites</li><li>Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search trends</li></ul>&#9989; Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and SEO growth</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite</li><li>Recommend action plans to improve conversions and reduce cost-per-lead/acquisition</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google &amp; Meta Ads) and SEO</li><li>Proven track record of managing paid ad budgets and delivering measurable results</li><li>Strong knowledge of keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking</li><li>Good understanding of Ayurvedic/wellness products and digital consumer behavior</li><li>Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Salary based on last CTC or 40000 in-hand per month</li><li>Opportunity to lead digital performance marketing in a legacy Ayurvedic brand</li><li>Supportive and growth-oriented work culture</li><li>Remote opportunity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;40,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Performance marketing: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
