JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Area Sales ManagerLocation: Cairo, EgyptKey Responsibilities&middot; As Area Sales Manager, you will represent the brand and act as the first point of contact for customers within a defined sales territory.&middot; After achieving your first successful sales results, you will qualify for a team leader position and train and guide a team in Egypt.&middot; You will manage, expand, and further develop the existing sales territory.&middot; You will acquire customers preferably through personal on-site meetings, while also maintaining contact through digital tools.&middot; You will continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients.&middot; You will identify and awaken customer needs, building long-term relationships to the benefit of end users.&middot; You will coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as required.&middot; You will work closely with the internal sales team and sales management in Germany to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market the products.Candidate Profile&middot; You are permanently based in Cairo, Egypt and bring experience in sales within the timber or wood processing industry.&middot; You enjoy selling and engaging with customers.&middot; You have gained initial experience in leadership and managing a small team.&middot; You are motivated by being responsible for your own success.&middot; You demonstrate an independent and proactive work style and are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.&middot; You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, enabling you to inspire customers.&middot; You are willing to travel regularly within Egypt and hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license.&middot; You speak Arabic as a native language and have good English skills.What Our Client Offers&middot; Responsibility for your own sales region within an innovative, growth- and future-oriented company.&middot; Structured onboarding to support your success in selling the products.&middot; A family-like, personal atmosphere with flat hierarchies and short communication paths.&middot; Opportunities for promotion and professional development through a structured personnel development program.&middot; An attractive performance-based salary package that rewards your success.Job Type: Full-time
