<b>D.R. Horton, Inc.</b> is currently looking for a <b>Title Mastery Trainee-WA</b> in the Escrow Department. The right candidate shall be responsible for the timely preparation of all escrow files and ordering all information necessary for the closing of escrow transactions.<br>
<br>
<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Annual salary range $55,000 to $60,000.</p><ul><li>
Ability to perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist</li><li>
Prepare and send opening letters and &ldquo;thank you&rdquo; acknowledgements to all parties</li><li>
Order title commitments and distribute to all parties</li><li>
Prepare receipts for all funds received from customers and/or lenders</li><li>
Order wire transfers and provide wiring instructions</li><li>
Clear title requirements</li><li>
Prepare loan packages for return to lender</li><li>
Prepare simple cash and seller carry back pre-audits</li><li>
Open refinance orders</li><li>
Receive builder report, order survey, contact the lender, obtain hazard insurance, enter basic order information on automated system, and obtain HOA information</li><li>
Schedule and coordinate times for closings</li><li>
Prepare copies for disbursement and closing transmittals</li><li>
Monitor termite inspection requests and other required inspection information</li><li>
Order and update payoff/assumption statements as requested</li><li>
Assist Branch Manager with administrative tasks as requested</li><li>
Assist Closer/Escrow Officer with final policy disbursement, as directed</li><li>
On a limited basis, answer customers&rsquo; questions and/or telephone calls concerning the administrative process of the parties&rsquo; transactions; answer real estate agents&rsquo; questions and/or telephone calls concerning the status of their pending files</li><li>
Cancel files according to office procedure</li><li>
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b><div></div><p><b><br>
Education and/or Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from four-year college or university</li>
<li>One to two years of related experience and/or training</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Office and email</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and attention to detail</li></ul><br>
