Consultant - Operations, Monitoring &amp; ReportingCoordinating operations, monitoring program delivery, and preparing reports for our funders. You will support both on-ground and online execution, maintain records, and ensure effective communication with community beneficiaries, trainers, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &amp; Coordination- Coordinate day-to-day operations of financial literacy programs across online andoffline channels- Support program execution by liaising with trainers, community beneficiaries, andpartner organizations- Maintain up-to-date schedules, trackers, and databases for ongoing projects andevents- Assist in vendor management and logistics (venues, travel, digital platforms)Monitoring &amp; Reporting- Collect and analyze sessions data to assess adherence to targets, effectiveness and identify improvement areas- Prepare periodic monitoring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for internalteams, funders, and partners- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and feedback from stakeholdersDocumentation &amp; Compliance- Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, budgets, and reporting documents- Ensure all documents are stored systematically for ease of retrieval and compliance purposes- Work with the finance team for alignment on budgets and reporting needsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>working: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
