 YOUR TASKS:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet the expectations of delivery and pick up
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with dispatch/CS when customer needs change and use initiative and judgement to meet customer expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with a range of Operations tasks as required.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 YOUR PROFILE:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have clean, open and current manual Qatari driver&rsquo;s license with more than one year of driving experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a Heavy Vehicle license
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role including moving, lifting, carrying, loading/unloading various shaped/weight objects regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of safe manual handling practices/OHS issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound educational background, with basic knowledge of the Service Industry
