<p><b>ROLE PURPOSE:</b></p>

<li>To operate airside equipment to ensure the efficient turn-round of arriving and departing aircraft in a safe and secure manner in line with the requirements of the Airside Ground Operations Manual.</li>
<li>The job role is fundamental to Hub Operations. The Loading and Unloading of the aircraft will have a great impact on the efficiency of the Hub operation.</li>

<li>Conduct daily equipment checks and report faulty and damaged equipment to the Airside Supervisor. Operate GSE in a safe manner in line with the requirements of the AGOM.</li>

<li>Prepare all aprons for all DHL and DHL handled arriving and departing flights in line with the AGOM.</li>
<li>Maintain constant communication with Airside Supervisor.</li>

<li>To safely operate various types of equipment for loading and unloading aircraft in line with the Airside Ground Operations Manual.</li>

<li>Load and off load all aircraft containers and vehicles within the given time frame to ensure that material is available for sort/uplift.</li>
<li>Demonstrate safe driving skills when moving material on the ramp and airside areas.</li>
<li>To practice good handling techniques at all times when loading and unloading loose shipments from the aircraft in accordance with the Airside Ground Operations Manual.</li>

<li>Continuous Monitoring and control of repetitive defects using reliability data providing troubleshooting support for defect rectification.</li>
<li>Continuous Management &amp; control of the on board carried flyaway kit to further reduce operator service interruptions at outstations and improve technical dispatch reliability.</li>
<li>Organize and manage outstation third party service providers support to provide optimum service levels to the Operator addressing any shortfalls in service.</li>
<li>Communicate flight schedules &amp; organise third party support at outstations where support agreements are in place. In the event of a defect down route the MOC Manager is the point of contact with the contracted organisation to return the aircraft to service.</li>
<li>Responsibility to Chair and Minute the Daily Maintenance Operations Meeting to follow up and address repetitive defects and open technical issues.</li>
<li>Liaise with Type Cert Holders &amp; Original Equipment Manufacturers to submit service requests on behalf of the AMO.</li>

<p><b> Insurance Management:</b></p>

<li>Point of Contact for Various Insurance Policies and Administer the policy in Bahrain relation to Medical and Life ( Cigna and MetLife) and Loss of License (for Crews) as and when employees join/leave and if there is a change in family/grade status.</li>
<li>Supporting employees with the medical claims and insurance system usage towards digitalization agenda.</li>
<li>Liaising with Insurance providers for the Yearly Renewals, Enhancements of the policy and the payments of premiums.</li>
</ul><br/>

<p><b> Records:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Custodian of employees personal files and contractual records.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> CRISP and Compliance:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the Conflict of Interest process and updating it digitally in e-HR in consultation with business partners.</li>
<li>Managing the CRISP on HR- Payroll ( twice a Year) and submitting evidences and Managing CREST Icon</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Audit:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the Payroll Analyst in Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present audit reports and as and when requested by Senior HR Manager and other colleagues.</li>
<li>Providing the auditors with the audit requirements.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Government Bodies:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Yearly update of GOSI files.</li>
<li>Reconciliation with GOSI Monthly invoices also GCC GOSI reconciliations.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Payroll Processing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records.</li>
<li>Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Compliance and Record-Keeping:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.</li>
<li>Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Employee Support:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Address employee questions and concerns regarding payroll.</li>
<li>Provide information on payroll policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with the resolution of payroll discrepancies.</li>
</ul><br/>

<p><b> Reporting and Analysis:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate payroll reports for management and finance departments.</li>
<li>Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> System Management:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update payroll systems and software.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT and HR departments to implement system upgrades and improvements.</li>
</ul><br/>
<p></p>
<p><b> Other Administrative Support:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Issuing Various letters to employees – Salary Certificate, Bank letters, Embassy letters and Various insurance letters</li>
<li>Point of contact for any employee related salary and benefits</li>
<li>Point of contact for administering various employee related benefits (school fees processing/HR related expense claims)</li>
<li>Additional duties as and when required by management.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Your Profile:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Finance and or Management.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in payroll function.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent MS Office Skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Team player.</li>
<li>Customer focused.</li>
<li>Well organised and methodical.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and uses own initiative.</li>
<li>Able to manage several tasks/issues under pressure.</li>
<li>Excellent Arabic and English – written and spoken.</li>
<li>High energy, drive and commitment.</li>
<li>Good at planning and prioritising.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Strong understanding of payroll practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li>
