 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from a University
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience with exposure to several HSE areas preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Operation
 </li>
 <li>
 B or A class safety expert certificate
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ADR will be an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 IOSH certificate will be an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent with MS Office
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Initiate and influence integration of HSE policies and practies into the company
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with / implement safety documented processes and procedures at location.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with any safety related audit items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete / assist with safety awareness and safety training at location.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the Safety incident reporting procedure is in place.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete / assist with implentation of safety standards with sub-contractors and any new projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Safety Data Sheets and other hazardous communication information regarding chemicals used in the workplace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recordkeeping and reporting requirements associated with environmental permits, stormwater permits, and testing, air permits, waste disposal, and other reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary contact in the event of HSE inspections from internal and external sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in meetings and perform toolbox talks as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise management on corrective actions required.
 </li>
 <li>
 To perform process and occupational safety risk analyzes or revisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 To create emergency response plan, to train workforce and to coordinate test plans on defined frequency and to validate emergency action plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage in activities associated with satisfying business, customer and regulatory expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the attainment and sustenance of any certification at the site being carried out
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes in line with the 10-Step approach. Coordinates business impact and risk assessments, develops continuity plans, organizes exercises, and ensures continuous improvement through regular reviews.

 Shift: 3rd shift / Sun-Thu / 9:45pm to 6:15am
 
 
 Pay: $21.50 per hour + $1.50 Shift Premium

 Role Purpose
 
 :
 
 
 Operates a data entry device to input lists of items; alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic, into an electronic format. Responsible for entering data in a timely and accurate manner.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 :

 Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records and coding schemes to process source data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compiles production/performance data to prepare various reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Input data as requested on a timely basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 May respond to customer request for data.

 Required Education and Experience
