We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role demands a deep understanding of the diamond and jewelry industry, particularly lab-grown diamonds jewelry, combined with strong leadership and business development skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for lab-grown diamonds jewelry.</li><li>Identify and establish relationships with B2B clients including jewelry retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce platforms, and international distributors.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.</li><li>Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales and brand awareness.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and present business performance to senior management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;450,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
